The "best:" way varies according to what you need. Does it have to be there soon? Does it have to be undamaged? Does it have to be cheapest?
Fastest way is air freight, but also the most expensive. That will probably cost more than the car is worth.
Having it trucked will damage the car the least, but will cost on the order of 1000-3000 dollars depending on whether you want a closed truck or open trailer, if they have to deliver the car to your home or you can take it to the depot etc.
Cheapest is probably to hire someone from Craigslist to drive the car for you, but it will probably take at least week, there will be 3,0000 miles of wear on the car and you may or may not get it back.

Contact a car hauler, there are companies that ship cars in enclosed trucks. Look in the yellow pages, or get a copy of Hemmings Motor News. I'm sure they will have ads in there for car haulers. good luck

cheapest way is by train. Best, but most expensive would be by private truck.
