I moved to Florida to be with my boyfriend, He is on probation and considered a sexual offender because of consentual sex with a minor that had lied about her age, He is still on probation but i want to move home with my family in another state, does anyone know if it is at all possible to move to another state transfer probation and everything to a new state??? the only thing i have found is...

A sexual predator or sexual offender who intends to establish residence in another state or jurisdiction shall notify the sheriff of the county of current residence or FDLE within 48 hours before the date he or she intends to leave this state to establish residence in another state or jurisdiction. but thats for people not on probation
