I have looked everywhere for the answer and cannot seem to find it, Maybe someone knows....

I moved to Florida to be with my boyfriend, He is on probation and considered a sexual offender because of consentual sex with a minor that had lied about her age, He is still on probation but i want to move home with my family in another state, does anyone know if it is at all possible to move to another state transfer probation and everything to a new state??? the only thing i have found is...

Probation can be transferred to another state. He needs to talk to his probation officer. The PO can make the arrangements.

He has to notify his probation officer. It is possible to transfer probation. It is done all the time.

Why don't you have him ask his probation officer, that would be the most logical place to start.

Yes, it is possible. He must get the approval of his probation officer FIRST.
