You need help in the grammar department too.

Look up United Nations in wikipedia or some other reference site.

You probably can't because the United Nations has never impacted anything. They are the most useless, most expensive organization which allegedly exists to lessen world tensions and to keep peace. If you can fine a time when the UN EVER did either, please let us all know.
