The acid chloride is the most reactive. Chlorine is a better leaving group because it is a very electronegative element.

The order of reactivity from th most reactive to the least is:
acid chloride, anhydride, ester, amide
The reason why the acid chloride is more reactive is that the chlorine is a better leaving group.

Yes the acyl chloride is most reactive. Because Cl is a very good leaving group as person above said!
