I was sexually harrased (I would never sue for that) but after word the company saw me as a liability and did horrible things to me to try to push me out, one of the main managers felt this was wrong and she left the company with all the email proof etc of what they were doing and is going to testify. They have offered to settle for 100k which I turned down I am just a little anxious and curious if anyone knows how cases like this will usually end up in California thanks

I can not answer for California but I am an ex-employee of Mercedes-Benz in England. Dependent upon the severity of the situation I would advise you not to settle out of court. This is a situation that all employees take very seriously and the last thing M.B. want is for something like this in the media. In England the Motor Trade is a very large industry but everyone knows each other and this could effect other job opportunities for you so never accept their first offer. Good Luck.

If you are in San Bernardino, you will lose. If you are in Los Angeles, you will probably win. It depends on the jurisdiction in which you are going to trial. Some jurisdictions, like San Bernardino, are very pro-employer. Others, are the opposite, like LA.
