1. Schindler's List - Powerful film-making, perfectly acted and shot
2. Saving Private Ryan - Saw this with an audience of British squaddies; their main comment as they left was 'F**k doin' a beach landin''
3. JFK - Don't know how accurate, but perfectly woven together and the best Editing I've EVER seen.
4. E.T. - Gets me every time!
5. Jaws - Still the best man V beastie film ever, despite the fake-looking shark.
6. Team America: World Police - Crude and vulgar, but was anything funnier ever shown in cinema?
7. Red Dragon - Did more justice to the book than Man Hunter did.
=8. The Godfather - Brando broods.
=8. The Godfather Part II - Best sequel ever: including The Empire Strikes Back and Aliens!
=10. The Exorcist - The most intelligent horror film I've seen.
=10. The Innocents - The most atmospheric horror film, though Sixth Sense caught some of its flavour.
=10. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre - The most nerve-shredding film I've seen: yet hardly any blood.
My list of tops often changes (except the top 3; they've been in place since 1998), but my mood summed up with the rest: I'm currently behind schedule in my Theology essays, but needed a break.

I have many favorites, including Three Days of the Condor, The Firm and Good Will Hunting; but I saw a movie on TV the other day that I had never heard of and that was surprisingly good. The movie is called Zero Effect and it stars Bill Pullman.

I like all sorts of movies...
One of THE best movies I've seen is Riding in Cars with Boys, featuring Drew Barrymore and Adam Garcia. It's based on a true story -- hilarious, moving and very well-acted.

Close Encounters of the Third Kind(1977) was awesome and it was the first movie I ever saw in the theater. 2nd favorite around the same time( If I recall correctly) was Star Wars.
I have seen and Enjoyed tons of movies since then, but being those were my first movie theater experiences, I loved them both hehe.
