Why does the rest of the world keep having generation after generation of famines/ Why do they keep having kids they know are going to starve to death? I agree we are the greediest empire on the planet (US), but the countries that have generation after generation of starving babies hold some culpability in their situation as well....

Because some choose to build,work together to have things.Some choose to have a gov elect good people and fight for rights.
Others choose to kill each other for dirt,hate people because they are different,elect corrupt leaders that sponser drugs and terrorism.
Some choose to live in the stone age.
