There are many different ways of spelling Katie with the most common ones being Katie, Katy and sometimes Katey.
As well as them there is of course:
Caty
Catie
Catey
Caitie
Catee
Kaite
Katee
Kati
Plus your ones
I am afraid I can't help further than that as it is your decision but I would say that if you want to spell it differently then you probably want to avoid the common ones but make sure it is spelt in an obvious way for people to prononuce. I personal believe that the C ones look prettier but that is just me and I would go for something like Catee or Catey.
I hope this helps!

The worst ones on your list are Khaty and Khatie. It looks like it would be pronounced "Cat-ee" instead of "Kate-ee" and Catty in English has a bad meany of being a bit of a b*tch.
A lot of people get really annoyed by names with random "Y"s thrown in instead of other letters. I agree with them and think these spellings are really obnoxious: Kaytie,
Caytie.
The one "Kaitie" looks Chinese. People might mispronounce it as Kay (like Sky) Ty (like tie, the think you wear around your neck). A Chinese person would say Kay-Tee-eh. Not many people are going to look at it and think Katie.
I think the best choice on your list, if you really must change your name, is Katy. It's not obnoxious and most people will know how to pronounce it.

I like Katy. I have no idea why, but one day in primary school, a girl called Katy wrote her name on the ground in chalk and I have loved it since then!

Katy is shorter but really you parents called you a name and spelt it for you so why change it. It is not going to make you a different person with a name spelt differently

I like the way you have it spelled Katie, really simple and cute. I bet your mother put a lot of thought and time in naming you and I wouldn't want to do anything that may hurt her feelings, because she did carry you 9/10 months! Good Luck in making your decision!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope this helps!!!!!!!!

Kaitie pronounce kai-tie like my nephew's name Takumi Kai Li
Kaity pronounce kai-ty
Caytie pronounce kay-tie
And Khaty and Khatie are not even close. Kha as in Genghis Khan. Kha is pronounce Kong.
I would spell it Katy or Kaytee.

I prefer Katy, but Katee is cool too. Are you getting it proper changed legally? Or are you "changing" it? (i.e. saying to all your mates that they have to call you the new name.)
I don't really see the point as they all sound the same.
