because at this price range, personal taste is very important. People would prefer to build exactly what they want.
Also note that there are not that many people who can afford such a house and that are willing to live there.

i'm approximately to tutor twenty and that i agree bringing infants into this international is costly. i think of ultimate now with the recession and all that that isn't any longer probably a stable time to get pregnant because jobs have become scarce. Plus with jobs getting extra stable to locate persons are turning to petty crimes to make a living and what in case you fall sufferer to a variety of predators. that is surely frightening. I dont have infants yet, yet I plan on having a minimum of three in my lifetime. while the time is stable (I also have a secure activity, a house of my own, married for no less than 2 years) that is while i will do it, yet until then i'm conserving my eggs unfertilized.

There are far better things to spend that amount of money on, like a hospital or three.

where did it say it was the worlds most expensive house. didn't see those words anywhere. it said it's newly built somewhere on that page, but when that was written who knows.
could be an out of date webpage.
