Andy J summed it up perfectly. There were two body designs for the 4th Gen Camaro (I have one of each, so I know). The 1993-1997 had the recessed headlights, had dual vents on the hood, and a relatively flat hood, whereas the 1998-2002 had the bubble headlights, no hood vents, and more of a contoured, rounded look to it (following the lines created by the bubbled headlights).
The rear ends should be the same.

The hood will not. The 98+ cars have rounded headlights and the hood followed the design of them. The 94 had straight lines in the headlights. It will bolt on, but closing the hood would cause issues. What you could do is swap over to the newer style front bumper and headlights, then there wouldn't be any fitment issues.
The rear bumper will swap just fine.

Since the F-body "fourth generation" Camaro was produced from 1993 to 2002, it's possible that it may fit since the cars have a common platform. I don't know if styling changes over the years will make it not work, though.

Don't listen to these freaks!!!
the answer is NO!! these cars look nothing alike in the front, and won't match up.
The back bumper has a possibility of fitting, but this could not be the case if the models of the vehicles is different.
camero LS has a DIFFERENT bumper than a Camero SS

no this will not work due to body style changes and changes in dimensions over the years. neither of the parts will work on the other car all of the measurements are different
