My fiancee and I have agreed to have a prenup. filed before we are married. would like advice on how and where it could be done inexpensively in the Missouri area.

you get what you pay for, if you want a prenuptial that is going to hold up in a court of law, then you need to see an attorney .
Because both of you are in agreeance it will only take a good attorney a few hours to come up with. so the few hundred you spend now to have it done right could save you millions later! this is not the thing you want to have done cheaply.

You get what you pay for.

Have an attorney do it right the first time and it should only cost you a few hundred dollars.

Have an attorney deal with a poorly executed one later and it could cost you thousands.

If you have enough assets to protect with a pre-nup, you should know better than to nickel and dime protecting them.

Look in phone book or internet search for Family Law attorneys. You both have to have your own attorney to review the document and protect each persons interests.

Write it up (typed) and both of you sign it and have it notarized. Over with.
