Usually the older they are the more they are considered men. Age may play a factor but being responsible is truly defining. Also when the boys are not clinging to their moms unecessaarily.

I have always said that a boy will go get the mail in his underwear, but a man will get the mail naked and wave his manhood at everybody while doing so. I am not so sure I believe this anymore becuase I thought that in college.

a boy who makes fun or is a bully to someone and a man to stand up to that bully or makes friend with the person being made fun of
and no i am not a kid its just annoying when i see young boys even college kids still acting like idiots when it comes to other people
