You need to call and ask the company for their return policy (or read the fine print in their ordering catalog, about returns).

If the policy says that the shirt needs to be shipped "overnight", then you need to use an 'overnight' company like FedEx. Keep in mind, FedEx has 'express' overnight and 'standard' overnight (which is a lot cheaper).

If the policy says nothing about 'when' the item is to be returned, then use the cheapest parcel post rate.

Return it the cheapest way possible, the USPS has a shirt box thats about $7.5 no matter what goes in it. BUT!!! pay an extra .50 cents or so for delivery confirmation, that way whoever you are returning it to can't say it never came.

Go to the post office, FedEx is expensive.

Many mail order companies will help you return the package if there is a problem. Call the company first and ask them. there is a possibility that you can send it back at no charge to you.
