It was only 1 hr 15 minutes. You may think it ended early because it left too many unanswered questions. I guess they want to leave us in suspense about George, Izzy, McDreamy, Meredith, and even Addison Montgomery who is leaving to go to another show. Basically, nothing got resolved and we will have to wait until September/October for the answers
