This is Mirko Gozzoli and Alessia Betti, current World Champions of Professional Standard. They are Italian.
Culturaly, Italians have active body language and exressive gestures. It helps a lot when it comes to dancing.

Dancing ability has very little to do with ethnicity. It is more related to the culture you grew up with, but you can learn anything if you want to.

Anyone can dance! I'm Hispanic/Latina and couldn't dance even if someone paid me. LOL. I live in Italy and have seen a lot of Italians that were good dancers. Of course, some are terrible like me though. LOL.

Your nationality doesn't have to do with anything, it's a common stereotype. I mean, Latin people in general dance and listen to that kind of music (that makes you wanna dance :)) all their lives, so they have rhythm, but it doesn't mean nobody else doesn't! Try looking at them, listening to the music, not the lyrics. You'll get the hang of it soon.

I'm sure anyone can dance, you stupid bastard. You know who can't dance, though? Veneziano Italy's personification. Anyone who gets this reference, I will love forever.

...That's sort of a generalization, isn't it? A stereotype? In every society and culture, there will be people who CAN dance and people who CAN'T. Saying that an entire culture can or cannot dance is kinda stupid.
