Even though our modern world has lots of ways to help these people like e.g mental instituite or psychiactrist. Still we are unable stop this madness or a slow death while these people take our advantage. Should there be a law or system against them, stamping out any possible threat just like a counter-terrotist unit? how & why would these affect us as whole.

I don't know if this is an important issue at the present but I bet in the future people's psychology will be constantly monitored by the government and will have laws against these people and some other forms of abnormality. I can't even imagine the consequences of that in the society.

I forgot to mention that these people are almost all the mass muderers, serial killers, stalkers and abducters..you name it...now you tell me how different are they from terrorist and other criminals. And why should they be treated differently. Doesn't that ever bother you people.

While it's easy to imagine how a twisted individual might turn against a good society and want to destroy it, you have not considered the flipside of that scenario:

What if it is the SOCIETY that is twisted, and the sociopath is the SANE one?

If you establish a group to remove or destroy anyone who disagrees with society as a whole, then what is to stop society as a whole from becoming completely malevolent? Is there really any substantiative difference between what you suggest and squads that eliminate dissidents in fascist states?

I don't think sociopaths should be eliminated wholesale for that simple reason: SOMETIMES the sociopath is RIGHT!

You seem to have a keen sense in terms of the demands of justice, but you might also want to consider what creates in a culture the conditions for the possibility of justice.

Experience has shown that elite groups that are given sanction to carry out the demands of justice against real or purported enemies, usually ends poorly for everyone. If this seems a reasonable solution to you, you might want to be more specific in terms of the manner in which this organization would operate, the nature of its power and the limits imposed on its power, and how you would ensure that the group remained within the authority of law and morality.

back when i was in nursing schooland studying psychological behavior, alcoholics ,drug addicts, athesists and homosexuals were all under the listing of sociopath.this has changed over the years .
there are many levels of sociopathy and pschopathy.on the lower level they dont fit in with societies norms or are prone to self destructive behavior on the worse level they are habitual violent criminals .
we cant ever hope for a society that will execute a person because of a diagnosis of sociopathy or psychopathy .first of as ive said before peoples ideas about these disorders change over the years, and 2nd of all people can change too.as a person who herself has dealt with mental illness (diagnosed as having a sociopathic disorder with suicidal tend.) and having come out on the other side a whole human being able to care for her self and others and contribute to society, i can attest to the fact that all is not hopeless in these sit. I changed .Ive seen others change. no it doesnt happen in every case but Thank God they werent stamping us out back then!
the only sensible way is to punish the committed crime and not the possible criminal.
I have no objection to the execution of habitual murderers rapists or pedophiles.at that point i believe there is no change possible.

Whatever you may think, there isn't and can't be an organization that 'gets rid of' psychopaths and sociopaths. A person cannot be killed or locked away unless they have done something against the law. It is not against the law to not have a concience. They can only be imprisoned or committed if they broke the law or show severe signs of psychosis. But if not, they can be as free as anyone.

sociopathic response to sociopaths? - like fighting fire with fire? As insane an idea as I have heard. if people were executed for dysfunction you'd be right alongside them!

what would these 'sociopolice' do recruit everyone they found guilty?

I find it surreal that you suggest that these two dysfunctional biological patterns of value could replace societal values Quality social patterns of value will not regress in the face of biological ones, they're too well protected from attack of that sort.

have faith in your fellow man - we are the measure of all things and we are wonderful.

Of course not! Mental illness is disease. The word disease, as opposed to at ease, extends to all facets of human life, both physically and mentally! We would not throw someone in prison because they had chicken-pox, so why would we if they suffer from mental illness? "Stamping people out literally" is a medieval notion. People with mental illnesses are human beings, just like me and you, aren't they? They deserve respect and human dignity, whoever they are.

I think more needs to be done to possibly screen-out and assist these people.
