Einstein resented the principels of Quantum Mechanics when it was first invented and thought upon.
One of the main principels of it, is that the univierse dosent operate in any particular order, and has endless possibillities to almost everything.
In that relation Einstein said "i do not believe god plays with dice". To this particular sentence he was answerd the answer that is written in the question above.

There are also numerous books on both Einstein and Bohr; Some are mostly fiction, some are serious; the dialogue on dice and God was in Yiddish; what sort of dice was meant one can guess only! I think not Physics at all, pun most likely; I’m sure Einstein understood quantum mechanics; he never obstructed it; the matter is quantum mechanics was developed by German physicists mostly, political situation being complicated;

I'm almost certain it was Bohr during the debate over the EPR paradox which eventually brought about the idea of quantum non-locality (i.e. quantum entanglement which Einstein referred to as spooky action at a distance).

I believe Einsteins said "God does not play dice!". I have never heard that reply to his outburst but it might have been Niels Bohr who said it if anyone.
