Sure, if I had to. If I were to plan an outing knowing it was raining, I would choose something else though.

Well I wouldnt wear flip flops in the pouring rain, but I do wear my Teva Sandals in the pouring rain, and they are the type of sandals that are made to be worn in wet conditions.

No, I'd go barefoot. You feet slip in flip flops when they are wet, which is a good way to make a hard landing on the ground if you aren't careful.

i did once...and now i'm paralyzed because of it.....i was only four and i was playing in the rain...i was tossing a ball with one of my friends and it rolled out to the street...i ran to get it before a car came and i slipped in them and landed in a ditch paralyzing myself from the waist down....never wear flip flops in the rain...never....

Heck yea...flip flops are SOOO cool.........even when they get mud and dirt in them.....ummm feels good between my toes..lol
