How can I play my game on the bottom screen of my nintendo DS?

I did'nt refuse to tell you the name of the game. Nobody ASKED, so I did'nt think it was neccessary. It's Pokemon: Pearl version. Thank you, dear. [:

If it's a DS game, you can't choose. Anything that needs to use the touch screen will appear on the touchscreen, anything not needing the touch screen will be displayed on the top screen. Usually.

there are some DS games that play only one screen, instead of using the dual screens

there's nothing you can do about that, the only option you have for switching screens is GBA games

providing as much information as possible is the best way to get a good answer. anyway, is there something that's wrong, and out of the ordinary, with your bottom screen of your DS?

on the startup, touch the little ds on the bottom center, then pick the block on the left, then pick the picture of the gba, the select bottom screen, then press a, and go back until it says it's gonna shut down, and then tou'll be playing bottom

you mean a gba game? I believe there is a setting in your options menu at the ds home screen. sorry dont remember the name of it, dont have my ds w/ me

if its a gba game then on the options menu before you play the game there shoul be a setting there that would allow you to switch which screen you want to play on
