The bumper skin of a Ka is in three parts - you may not need all three parts.
Bear in mind that the actual bumper beam (the impact-absorbing part) on a modern car is hidden behind the skin, and may also have been damaged and require replacement.

The price will very from shop to shop, You need to find a new or used bumper and then fin a mechanic to put in on at a good price, hope this helps

you can find the part in a junk yard for about 30-50 and to have it installed by a mec, that will be about 50-60 for a used but looking new bumper

Free take a drill drill the rivets out of another ka's bumper pull it off rivet it to your car

about 120.00 for th bumper and 2 hour labor charge
most shops are 100 an hour where i live so u could spend

a couple of hours labour to fit ,cost of new fixing clips (couple of pounds) but you don't say if painted or grey plastic if painted that would be extra labour and paint and materials .need more details to give a full costing
