I'm afraid in the U.S we don't celebrate the queens birthday. We do get a day off in mid February for Presidents day. It is in February because it is marking George Washington's and Abraham Lincoln's Birthdays.
I work for the schools and get the whole Summer off starting next Friday so I am very much looking forward to that.
PS I didn't know you were Canadian. I have only been up there once to Toronto. I watched a taping of the Red Green Show. Woo Hoo!!!

No, the Queen's Birthday is not an official holiday in China. It's a shame really.
