There's a few good sites out there, but I only know of one that keeps updating frequently, and that's Emuasylum.com
They stay on the ball and give great updates. They're the only site i know of that has version 115 already.

edgeemu is pretty good, but I'm not sure how often it updated the MAME list.

for mame i like coolroms.com and i know freeroms.com has some also. not sure how up to date they are, my bet is coolroms is more updated than freeroms.com tho. to be exact tho, freeroms has 6070 mame roms i think.
