Here we go again with another "penis length/size" question.
Average is about 5 to 6 inches. Penises come in a variety of sizes. Your penis size will be the size you are given! There are no pills or creams, no toys or tools that will make a penis longer or larger. Any product claiming to do that should be regarded as being suspect. Likely it is a scam and the only thing that will get bigger is the wallet or bank account of the person/company offering the product. Look closely at the promotions and you will see that the product is not tested, inspected, approved or endorsed by any reputable organization. If it works why has it not been submitted to the U.S. Federal Food and Drug Administration for FDA Approval. If you are concerned that your penis is not large enough then consider that the average length is 5.5 inches and frankly that is plenty large enough. Read some of the posts from females who are afraid of the "huge" penises out there. Sure the "American thing" is "bigger is better" but that is not always the case. If you are concerned about the ladies pleasure - and that should be your main concern, you should develop a technique or style that makes the most out of what you were given.
It is important to remember that sexual intercourse is not simply a piston going back and forth at a high speed. Actually a lot of the "jocks" haven't figured that out yet. If you work at developing a style you will score more and it will be more fun for both of you.

There is no magic pill, patch or potion. Those are scams.

Pumps to have a temporary effect, but you must be very careful with them or you can create a mishaped penis.

Only two surgeries will make it bigger...the one that cuts the ligament allowing an erection to "stand up" which adds a little to length and fat transfer for girth (which can also mishape).

There is a stretching tecnique called "jelging" (sp?) that seems to have some effect as well. Maybe gaining an inch or less and some girth. You basically work your penis to partial erection several times a day for a certain amount of time in a warm up, workout, cool down fashion. You do this for a period of several weeks. I have had some personal success with it.

All the answers so far seem to be pretty accurate. However the only permanent solution is surgery which can cause more problems that is helps. One little trick is to spend some time with your partner before intercourse and use one (1) finger for 10 minutes or so. The female vigina will mold its self to the size of anything inserted and if you use one finger for a while it will adapt to that size. This way when you begin intercourse the vigina will be much smaller and make her experience the sensation of a much larger penis.

I tried the instructions on www.codwaytechnique.com and saw good results. Nothing is a miracle penis enlarger, but this did do what it said it would. I am very satisfied, and it didn't empty my wallet either. At only $3 it is way under priced.

bottom line, there is no magic pill or cream to make the penis bigger. i've heard you can have cosmetic surgery. but the best thing to do is learn to be comfortable with what you have. and learn how to use it.

A pump will work for the short time you are having an erection. Pills and creams DO NOT work and are fraudulent scams. Don't waste your money. Instead, try developing techniques that will please your partner.
