Sitting in the car after hearing her 45 days prison sentence? Or only because she appeared to court on the last day? What about a notorious murder? Would they get their sentence halved if they came on the last court day? What a double standard.

It's called being the slutty, rich white daughter of powerful people who were horrible parents and never should have had children in the first place. Celebrities are treated differently than Americans.

It's a pisser, but I think there's a reality for the County of Los Angeles, which is that the corrections officials have enough on their plates without having to babysit a spoiled brat who would be a trophy target of some hardened prison mama. She does her time, learns that money can't get her off of *everything*, and prison wardens can concentrate on the people they really *should* be watching anyway.

I heard it was because of the overcrowded jail system so they need room for more violent offenders. I don't like her, but I'm OK with it...but I wish she had to be under house arrest with an ankle monitor. No partying anymore for a while! Oh, wouldn't that devastate her??

Its ridiculous. she hasn't done one good thing to deserve a shorter jail time. If anything, She deserves a LONGER SENTENCE. She hasn't done anything to assist her community.
