Try marinating it in chewing tobacco spit. It makes all the difference. It won't taste near as greasy.

It's almost midnight here and I am going to bed soon but for dinner on friday night I HAD beer battered fish filets covered with pasta sauce dinner rolls, 2 pineapples slices, and spaghetti with sauce too.. it was different but goood !!!! also a can of voltage mt dew !!! finally Lent is almost over !!!!!!

Well, possum is a bit greasy. You might consider using squirrel instead.

Possum cooks up pretty good! But the last one I had, the meat was real stringy.

Maybe in some southern states! I can say this cuz I'm from the south! Have you ever heard of roster fries? Seriously...they are chicken balls and people really do eat them!!!! Euuuuuu!!!!
