The BSN is lacking in many prereqs. You'll need to take Physics, Calculus, Organic Chemistry, economics, and public speaking amongst others. Once you complete your prereqs, than you can apply.

No, you should be able to get into pharm school with a nursing degree. There might be a few classes you may be lacking but you can take those at the community college. Check out which schools in your area offer pharm programs and see their entrance requirements. (Not to sound like a jerk but someone with a BS in nursing should now this)

You would need a Pharmacy degree but your basic science (and maybe some other) courses would carry over so you would not likely be starting from square one unless your BscN is a very old degree. Check with a Pharmacy program at an institution which interests you for details.
