I like it but it will never work. It would cost more to round all of them up and would be a disaster. Besides, it is our fault all this happened by our not enforcing our laws. Again our government failed its people and both parties are to blame. Cannot blame Bush for this one. If it is done over several years it will not be that bad.
The big problems will come down the road when we need to pay entitlements and we could lose our two party system of government because these new immigrants will only be added to the Democratic party and the Republican party will not have enough votes to remain active. God Bless America.

Agree, but add: Try all lawmakers who have promoted illegal immigration and promoted these illegal loving bills for treason and jail them all. Then immediately go after all the corporations that are employing illegals. Immediately revoke the tax exempt status of any church that even invites a politician to speak in the church and jail the leaders of all churches that harbor illegal aliens and fugitives from justice. They should all be charged as enemy combatants.

Set up checkpoints around all Sanctuary cities and on all roads and streets where a known illegal alien population resides. Anyone who can't produce a valid identification should be arrested and kept at jail until the identity can be verified. If the person is shown to be an illegal alien, the person should be finger-printed, rice chipped, bio identified, picture taken, and fitted with an electronic bracelet with a citizen volunteer monitoring the illegal's whereabouts until he can be deported. The citizen would notify the police or ICE if the person stepped out of bounds. If caught, then, it's jail with the key thrown away.

Train all police -- Is it the 287G rule? -- and give them the power to enforce all federal laws until we get the massive illegal immigration problem resolved. Let's have daily trains, boats, and planes leaving the USA returning these illegals to their true country. If they leave voluntarily, give them a free ticket, a special identification chip that will give them special consideration and a place in the front line to return once we get our country secured. Since they will have already provided us with the information, we will have only to check it and those people deserve a better place in line to come back.

Let's hold Congress and the entire Legislature's feet to the fire and ensure that they read and understand every law they pass or vote upon. If they cannot answer every question asked of them regarding proposed or passed laws, then they should be fined for failure to do their job and a disciplinary letter should be placed in their employment jacket. After they get three letters, they get impeached and a special election must be held to replace them. It's time to hold them all accountable.

Meanwhile, we citizens should take pictures of all these foreign-speaking individuals filling up their late model SUVs at the Gas Pumps -- the same foreigners (many of whom are illegal) who claim they can't afford to pay a $5,000 fine. We should take pictures of them at the Wal Mart and other stores piling out of these vehicles -- 7, 8, 9, children and pregnant with another and then paying with food stamps and buying booze and cigarettes.

We citizens need to take action before the 100 million minorities become the true majority and we lose our country.

Oh and one other thing. Every voter registration should be subject to review and we should ensure that only law-abiding citizens are voting in our elections. Any voter who is found to be an illegal alien should be jailed for vote fraud and the person who registered that person should face conspiracy and organized crime charges as well as treason charges. We need to ensure that only loyal American Citizens who are specially trained to spot fake documents and whose background is checked so they can verify the registrations.

A: Fine the companies that hire them, the exact average amount it takes to do so. No more of our tax dollars for their problems.

You can't go around asking people in America for "papers" however, everyone has to supply information when getting a job. Anyone that supplies false info should be able to be found pretty easily

My best friend was married to a Columbian for 2 years before I even knew about it. He lost his ring at my house but was evasive about what he actually lost. I liked her, still do, but she was using a dead persons information before, and divorced him right after she was done using him. She seemed genuine, so I had looked the other way.

the guy being deported. THEY committed a criminal offense. attempt getting into China, North Korea or another staggering united states of america illegally. See what takes position to you. why not do this -

First - Enforce the Hiring LAws - and really seriously penalize the companies that hire them.

Second - make the companies pay them minimum wages - so if you get caught with illegals - you need to pay the government fine AND the back owed wages to the illegals for not paying the Fed Minimum.

You're plan is short on details. For instance how will you:

-Find them all.
-Pay for additional ICE manpower to arrest them all.
-Pay for staff to process them all.
-Pay for facilities to hold and feed them all until they are deported.
-Pay to transport them to those facilities.
-Pay to transport them to their native country.
-Address the issue of what to do with some of their children who were born here and have every legal right to stay here.
-Force other countries to take back thousands, even millions, of their citizens if they decide they don't want them back.
-Deal with the huge increase in last minute applications to USCIS from illegal aliens trying to stay here, including a tidal wave of marriage visa applications.

Etc, etc, etc...
