You mean State Trust Capital or State Trust Wealth Management of 800 Brickell Ave, Ste. 300, phone 305-921-8100, and at http://statetrust.com/ on the web?

State Trust Group is privately owned, so there isn't quite the public financial reporting of a publicly-traded corporation.

Check with Ms. Alex Sink's Florida Chief Financial Officer website. Maybe call their customer helpline (800-342-2762) and ask if there have been problems with this company, or ask who better to call if they don't feel they have jurisdiction. While FLDFS is primarily interested in insurance, many "wealth management" companies deal heavily in insurance (gives them an immediate commission). I used to do business with some when I was with Mutual Benefit Life many years ago and went to the office of one in California that sold a bunch of baseball players on their products.

Charlie opening a can of worms here LOL. The ONLY reason for the old firm joining the EPL is for the increased revenue from TV. In reality the British Isles are too small in area for 3 or 4 different leagues. And should Rangers and Celtic join the EPL it is not going to take away the 4 national teams for Great Britain. The historical impact of Scotland England, Wales and Northern Ireland have on the international game is way too strong.
