I'm sure some girls that have no clue how their bodies work do. Probably 99% of the time girls are not going to orgasm from penetrative sex alone. It takes lots of extra attention away from that area alone.
And sure, it's not easy to tell whether someone has or has not had orgasm with penetrative sex but there are ways to tell with oral. If anyone successfully faked a oral orgasm then I might wonder how observative the giver really is.

Some do, some don't.
I don't fake orgasms. If it's not happening, I'm not going to fake it to make my man feel better. Because he will think what he's doing is hitting the spot when it's not and he will keep doing the same thing! He would also feel hurt in the long run if I pretended he was satisfying me when he wasn't.

My boyfriend doesn't make me orgasm...once in a blue moon I guess. Yeah I fake most of the time. then later I get out my vibrator...

Absolutely! Sometimes we just can't get there and it is no one's fault, but we know ya'll won't stop until we do so we fake it. It gets to a point that it hurts!
