They are going to live in the surrounding area no matter what you do. They are attracted to the water. If you maintain proper chemical levels in your pool (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc) then they won't go into the pool but will still remain in the surrounding area.

Keep the grass around the pool short and make sure there are limited bushes/brush close to the pool area. Keep all standing water sources emptied and away from the pool area. pick up any stacked wood, furniture, plant pots, etc. This will deter them from hanging around. If you have decking around the pool then you are going to have to live with them as you won't be able to keep them out.

Natural predators is going to be the best solution, garter snakes, birds, etc.

Frogs move around. They won't be around long so I would just enjoy their singing.

Or you can eat them.
