Her personality, attitude, affection. Her "joie de vie" and if she truly cares about you or others, The little things she does and the way she expresses herself is far more important than being drop-dead gorgeous.
And beauty is strictly in the eyes of the beholder. Beauty does not necessarily equate to sex appeal. This is why many women featured in magazines such as Vogue may be beautiful but are not sexy or appealing to men.
