It was in Comiskey Park[white sox] in 1933. In part of the World Fair being in Chicago.

Chicago in the American League Park.
it was a benefit game for the older players pension fund at the time.
Was created by one of the newspapers based in Chicago.
There were two the first year. For several years there were town games and then they went to the single game format.
