I'm just so proud at this moment that I could just burst! lol

But to answer your question........ Home brew is the way to go. But I recommend you move down south. Then I can really in'still' some fine brewing habits in you. I make some fine stuff...... the kind of stuff that cures what "ale's' ya. After all, I'm the "Miller's" daughter. And you should meet my friends. I guarantee my Bud'sweiser than your buds. *wink* But per'pabst you just want want to try this on your own. In that case...... I'll offer you my pure guin(i)ess mind and tell you what i know and perhaps "foster" some incentive in you to brew the best. If you don't move south, I'll moosehead you tremendously. Just remember...... we have Mol-son in the south than you do in the north. It shines continuously!!!

I've brewed beer and lager at home, I used home brew kits and the result was excellent. Rather than use a pressure keg to store the finished product I used bottles, this makes it easier to make the drink gassy and it stays fresh for longer that way. It's an easy process and it doesn't take long.

Yes. But if you begin to do it don't make the same mistake as I did with first batch. I over did the sugar and, perhaps because it was in the middle of summer, it was Desert Storm reenacted about 3 am one otherwise still night.

Enough of the awful puns already! And the only thing I ever "brew" at home is tea.
