My Guess is the Eagles, they've been a contender for the past 9 years and haven't won any plus the 1980's stint of good play also.

It is Cleveland because of the length of time they have been in the league. They are not part of the original six, but have been around since the mid thirties.

probably the vikings cause they just suck and that team can't take the pressure of the playoffs let alone the superbowl
