Sounds to me like the Congress AND the Administration conspired to create a plan that -
1.doesn't change any of the current problems
2. pretends to address them in the future with no plan to do so
3. creates a new category of "elite" educated immigrants to take American jobs.
Don't you think the $5000 fine and return to their native country is just going to make illegals stream out of the woodwork to "take advantage" of the new plan.

Its a good idea, and if anything it will help the economy. We have Always had illegal immigrants, and for the most part, we've always had enough jobs for everyone up until, oh about 6-7 years ago. And we've had illegals here a lot longer than that.

Very bad. What about all of the immigrants that have come to this country legally? I completely invalidates them and what they went through to get here.
