Healthcare for every American - 1 (by market reform, not government subsidization)
Ending the war in Iraq - 1 (When stabilized)
Immigration - 4
Global warming - 3 (Only to the extent that it gradually weans the U.S. off of dependence on a region that wants us dead. Also, as the earth is warming regardless of anyhting we do, it is intuitive that we help prepare for these climate changes)
Tax breaks for the middle class - 1 (I'm for tax breaks for all classes, coupled with spending restraint)

Immigration, by far the biggest concern. Our southern border is wide open to terrorist.
I don't really care abot an illegal coming into America looking for work.
We cannot fight this problem by simply sending them home with a sack lunch.
Tax Breaks, we have some of the LOWEST taxes on the planet, why more breaks?
I mean in Canada they pay almost 40% and they have universal healthcare.
I think we need to assume the responsiblity of our own health care.
Some cannot provide for their own, but if they have families that have the means then they have to take the responsibility for it.
Global warming, don't think its an issue. Read the real studies. Global temp has risen and average of.6 degrees.
In the 70's they were talking ice age, with some advocates asking for the ice caps to be covered in soot. (true story)
I am all for ending the war in Iraq, but not till we secure it from mainly the Shiites that run Iran.
Finish the job then go home, but not until.
Can tell by the q's that you are very up to date with the PC issues that face this country.
But how about the massive debt? This issue alone will sink this country or how about the Chinese stealing the stealth bomber exhaust plans.
This was our defense in case something happens over Tiawan, they know they cannot track the bomber so they steal the plans on how to detect the exhaust. this is a blatent act of war, but not a peep for the liberal media.
Good waste of space, rate the question a 1

Oh, here we go. Another phony poll designed to say what you want it to say.
Of course Healthcare is important. If I say that, will you assume that means that I want the government to run it? I suspect you would, but you are wrong. Healthcare is entirely too important to leave to government.
Ending the war is important, too. If I say that, will you say that I favor immediate pullout? I don't. I no more think that an immediate pullout would "end" the conflict, for us or for them, than I think the Treaty of Versailles solved anything. It's the same lesson: sometimes you have to finish what you start, regardless of whether you should have started to begin with.
Immigration: Everyone thinks this is a problem. Some because it's too hard to become legal, some because it's too easy to be illegal, some because immigrants take jobs, some because they get welfare, and some just don't like "furriners". Just who do you think will say that it isn't an issue at all?
Global Warming is complete BS. Ah, there goes my chance to be your best answer, but, hey, I live in the real world, come visit sometime.
Anyone that uses the phrase "tax breaks for the middle class" doesn't understand Economics well enough to even have an opinion on taxes generally. Only the middle class even PAY taxes, because the poor get subsidies, and the rich pass the taxes on to others, namely the middle class. You can't give a tax break to anyone else BUT the middle class.

I agree with Sparky 52.
"1. Global warming (if not stopped, everybody suffers).
2. Ending the war in Iraq (if not stopped, many people will suffer).
3. Healthcare for every American (prevent future suffering).
4. Immigration (suffering, in the form of physical suffering or death, low; however, issue currently in forefront and needs solution).
5. Tax breaks for the middle class (would be nice, but not top priority due to other issues involving death/physical suffering)."
