Answers has a search function. You could search for questions pertaining to certain issues.
A filter wouldn't work too well, as it would filter all questions with "Bush" in it, including those questions about the best care for American Beauties. A more complex filter, i.e., one that would block all questions with the words "Bush," "moron" "idiot," etc., might work better, but would again filter questions you might consider legitimate, i.e., "Why do these idiots constantly bash Bush?"
The best thing to do, if it bothers you so much, is to ignore it and not answer those questions you consider Bush-bashing.
