Last year I attended my friends dad's funeral . They were quite well - to -do . They had everything there . Shrimp , lobster and even cognac . At desert , there was a ton of chocolate . Very good send off.

Fried chicken at a Baptist funeral in Walker County, Alabama. Say what you want about the Baptists. They eat good.

Bar-b-que brisket, potato salad, baked beans, garlic bread and pecan pie. It was at my Dad's. I guess it's a Texas thing.....
