I don't think that any company's customer care really cares. The only reason they have customer care is to make you think that they care......

Not after they rejected my appeal against a violation that I received for merely saying in unabusive language that I had never heard of the person that the questioner was asking about.

no way. they hand out violations just because some nut reports you. i was given one for responing 'not sure' to a question.
