The bottle says to store them between 58 and 86 degrees. It's been in the upper 80's here which mean even hotter in my car. Is it okay to take them?

The heat certainly didn't turn them into poison or anything. Heat just lowers the shelf life and can cause the vitamins to degrade more quickly. So if they were set to expire a year from now, they would probably only be good for 3-6 months instead.

Call your doctor or just throw the bottle out if you're still anxious about taking them.

I wouldn't take the risk. For twenty dollars I would buy more. You can buy life brand vitamins at shoppers or look at walmart.

To be on the safe side, I would just buy new vitamins.

Call your doctor's office and/or pharmacy. They should be able to tell you if they are still good or not.
