The two major ways to increase the oceans absorb are beyond humans ability to change.
1. Colder oceans-The colder the water the more CO2 can hold.
2. More Biological Productivity-Scientist have tried to fertilize the ocean with very little effect.

Leave it alone it is taking care of its self. Try pouting a table spoon of salt in to a coke and look out the CO2 and salt don't like each other. The oceans cant have very much CO2 in them for this reason.

One fact they have correct, the earth's mean temperature has risen 7/10s of 1 degree over the last hundred years. That is the end of their factual evidence.
There is no evidence it is human caused.
