Yeah, I know he did a really stupid thing...but I still miss his show. He begged their forgiveness and the great and gracious ladies forgave him for the pain he caused.

Yes I do. This week has been especially crappy with David Gregory manning the I-Mans seat with Charles , Lou and Chris. Although it was good to see them again.

I really enjoyed the Political Interviews on the Imus show. He had everybody on and they really spoke off the cuff. It wasn't' that canned stuff they put out there everywhere else.

The Musical Guests where great too.
Not being a big country Music person I had never heard of Big and Rich prior to there mini concerts / interviews on the Imus Show . Now I'm a Big fan , pardon the pun!

I really learned a lot from the Imus show. Between the Books the Interviews and the Politicians it really was a well rounded show. And it has left a large void. I haven't found a replacement yet.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention that there were occasions when Imus or Bernie would make me cringe. Or they would get a bit too nasty, however the good on the show far out weighed any bad on the show. And it was not a racist show contrary to what's been reported.

I too feel forgiveness would of been a more appropriate path . Imus did a lot of good for a lot of less fortunate people. I feel he would of made good on his promise to bring some light to the race relations in the country.

What happened only served to divide people even more and hurt the truly innocent . The childrens charities who depended on Imus's show to raise money for them.

I would rather put bees in my ear than listen to Imus.. he was just a blabbering old fool.. It has nothing to do with the fact that I would rather listen to Howard Stern 10 out of 10 times... I think the society we live in is too quick to blame people for things and if this were 15 years ago, he would have just been suspended for a month,.. (a la Opie and Anthony).... He shouldn't have been canned IMHO, he should have been kept on so he could be a public figure doing some work on intolerance and stuff like that... I think the only thing he is guilty of is being old and unfunny.

I'm confused, am I supposed to Answer the question or not ?
The Ask-er seems to be blowing off the people who answered because not enough answered.
I don't get it.
Are we in Polls & Surveys?
Anyway I miss the Imus in the morning show.
To bad they didn't forgive and honor his contract because now he's gonna get remaining $50 Million in his contract without working at all.

every time I see Al Sharpton interior the media, I see the guidelines that Martin Luther King Jr. and different super African individuals slip slightly added returned. If this is going to be the way he will proceed to symbolize our African American brothers (Im hispanic yet all individuals are my brothers and sisters), the guy heavily needs to step far flung from the limelight and enable a actual discern take over. Imus made a extreme mistake, however the ultimate ingredient to have completed become to declare, "You made a mistake, it become incorrect, and we would desire to forgive you". Sharpton, the subsequent time something like this happens, think of to your self, What would MLK jr. Do? would he forgive and overlook? How would desire to YOU be an occasion to our fellow African American women and men human beings like he become?

He used to be here in Cleveland on AM radio, then FM, then he left for NY. He never changed until he sarted to compete with Howard. So, he has to do his time in ....

and when he's done, he'll be back. I missed his show in Cleveland, but I didn't miss what he'd become while in NY.

Nope. Never actually listened to it, or pretty much any other show in that genre. Listening to idiots doesn't rate real high up on my list of things to do.
