I certainly think so. He'll be average at best. They gave up way too much to get him and bought into the hype. Personally, Dallas made out like bandits on this deal.

Terry C is smoking something. Not to long ago Oakland was a superbowl team. They still have a good defense and they still have a decent WR core. If they can get some help on the Oline and get Russell comfortable the Raiders can return to the playoffs within the next 2 or 3 years, with the Chiefs rebuilding, and the Chargers changing coaches. And the Browns will never make the playoffs. Right now they play 2 of the better defenses twice every year. As a Ravens fan I can safely say that they will own the division for another year or 2 and then after that its all Cincinnati. Quinn is going to flop because they wont have a running game and they dont have a first round pick next year to get one. They picked up Jamal Lewis for goodness sake. There is a reason that the Ravens wouldnt give him the money he wanted. Have they not learned anything from trying to steal our players before, I dont know why but Gary Baxter comes to mind.

Browns fans = ignorant
Living in Ohio....I'm amazed...but not at all surprised that all the Homers who HATED Brady Quinn when he was at Notre Dame all of a sudden LOVE him because he plays for the Browns.
These People are why I can't stand 90% of "sports fans"
P.S. Browns fans......EVERY year you say that they've done enough to turn the team around and reach the playoffs....
EVERY year they end up with a top 10 draft pick.
............Learn from history....don't ignore it.

I can't believe someone actually asked a good question about the Browns! Being an Ohio girl, i love them. The media always builds something up only to have it flop. All we can do is hope, i guess.

Brady Quinn isn't nearly as good as Charlie Frye. If Quinn ever starts, it will be because Frye or Anderson is injured.

Drafting Joe Thomas was their best decision in a long time. I think they should have sat on it, and drafted Trent Edwards or Beck (BYU guy). He is the one who would be adjusted the quickest, but other than Stanton he has the least long-term upside.

Browns fans will be disappointed again and will finish 4th in their division.
The Steelers, Ravens, Bengals are almost automatic 6 losses for them.

I wouldn't say he wasn't all that at notre dame! He just didn't have alot of weapons at ND. You put Brady Quinn on the Florida Gators, Ohio State Buckeyes, or USC Trojans and he wins the heisman hands down.

I think the Quinn haters won't be talking much when the season gets started...The Browns will be in the playoffs sooner than the Raiders or Lions...
