Rice is the best. Fine he player YEARS. He was also ranked, I believe, THIRD on Denver when he said it was time to retire. It wasn't he was no good and holding on forever. He decided he lost a step and it was time to retire. Told them from the start if he didn't make the top two he would admit it was time to hang it up. It's one thing with Emmit Smith staying around forever, don't act like that is the case with Rice. As to Moss, he will NEVER be one of the top. Any man who would say I play when I feel like it and if I want to take off a down then I will will NEVER be the greatest.

Randy Moss.....now there's about the dumbest thing I've heard in a while
Idiot Patriot fan I'll bet
Jerry Rice is OBVIOUSLY the best wide receiver and PROBABLY the best football player ever.
Receiving Stats:
1549 receptions
22895 receiving yards
14.8 yards per catch
197 receiving touchdowns
-I gave ya a thumbs up Bad Mother

Everyone always goes with Rice or a modern day receiver. So I'm gonna say Don Hutson. He invented running passing routes that receivers still use today. He revolutionalized the position and paved the way for todays greats. He was an awesome player too. So he doesn't get the respect he deserves, and I'll get thumbs down for this. Which is sad.

First off I will say yes it is Rice any one who denies that is a freaking retard. Second at one time it was thought that Moss had the ability to become as good or maybe better but it’s too late for him. Oh and as far as TO is concerned he was a burn out waiting to happen. And if any one has a even a snow ball chance in hell it’s going to be Marvin Harrison.
In Rice’s first 9 years he had 1076 more yards then Moss, 6.7 more yards per game then Moss, his longest reception was 96 yards and Randy was 82, Rice had 17 more TDs. If you need any comparison to the other jokers let me know.
Randy Moss is at 9 season were Rice was at 8. So if you can’t do the math I will do it for you. If rice played 23 years Moss would have to play 24 to catch him. It’s that simple. I don’t care if Broadway Joe was there Moss still wouldn't catch up. I could have thrown the ball to Rice and his records would still stand. Like I said before. The only person who has even a farting chance is Marvin Harrison
This isn’t myspace you don’t rank up points like you would buddies on your list to become popular. I see you people out there asking questions like who is the team that starts with a C and ends with and olts oh and they won the super bowl. You know my mom told me growing up … “It is better to have people think you are ignorant and stupid then open your mouth and remove all doubt.” If you are going to ask questions like this ask in the general questions sections and ask questions like what color is the sun or how many inches in a foot?

That is an interesting question. I researched several websites and apparently almost EVERY receiving record is held by this guy named Jerry Rice. Therefore, I am going to say him.
Once Marvin Harrison retires, he'll be considered the 2nd best....a DISTANT second.
