yes maybe you did something that he didn't like or he just isn't your friend anymore maybe he got someone else to come over or something is going on at his house that he doesn't want you to know just ask him be like (( he dude why do you always make up excuses when i ask to come over)) if he says he doesn't tell him all the excuses he made i hope i helped you have fun and stay true and rock on

Maybe.... my freind did the same thing i would like talk to him on the internet but everytime i would say "you wanna do something" he would make something up ro say he has to go i just left him alone for about a month and now everything is cool again maybe your friend is just getting "tired" of you and needs to hang out with other friends and be away fromn you for a while
