Who lives in Jacksonville, Florida?

I'm thinking of relocating there. Tell me what you think of the area, and how long you have lived there. Good points, bad points? Finding a job? THANKS I have spent a few vacations there, and like it so far.

1. as with any other city, traffic is bad, in addition to all the construction going on
2. city bus system is alright
3. housing prices climbing up, but cheaper than most
4. great job opportunities
5. great newspaper\
6. entertainment is great
