depends on where in the world it is, here in the south us, it will reange you 6-8k an acre

Do you think this might have something to do with location? There are places where you can buy land for a few hundred dollars an acre. Then there are places like New York and Los Angeles. Many hundreds of millions of dollars for an acre. Possilby billions.

It varies by location. An acre in Dallas will cost more than an acre in Montana.

It just depends on where it is. Anywhere from about $100 per acre to "not for sale at any price".

In North Dakota you could probably get that much land for less then 10k.

Bill Gates could not afford 9 acres in Manhattan.

My point is that land values vary tremendosly depending on where you live and where you are looking.

Depends where you are. . . In South Australia a house with 2 - 15 acres is around $280,000 - $400,000. Depends on the house, ie: brick or wood, age etc. Aparently S.A is still the cheapest in Aus at the mo.

it depends where the land is. for example here in tn in Warren county land is about $50 to $60/ an acre but in Rutherford county (which is right beside it) land is about $150/ an acre
so varies and depnds where it is

That's a really STUPID question.. Are you asking about 9 acres of DOWNTOWN DALLAS or 9 acres of SWAMPLAND in some Louisiana Bayou?... there is a HUGE DIFFERNCE is the price.
