Are you insane or just eccentric?

I don't know about eccentric, I have another name.

This however does not apply to all rich people, you get your minor percentage that is like normal average people

It seems that the rich have this idea that:-

1. They don't stink when they don't bath;
2. Worms won't eat them when they die worms don't care, once you are in the grave, they will eat you, rich, poor, ugly or whatever;
3..The world belongs to them;
4. If a poor person does something reticules, it is bad, but when one of them does the same thing, it is hot news;

So the conclusion is, the majority of the rich cannot even be called "eccentric" "odd" "weird" for that is still nice, I would call them plain selfish thinking that because they were born into a rich family and did not necessary have to work for anything, that the world is their oyster and they are definitely going to live forever and forever young .

Insane is a misunderstood word. It really means a belief in spiritual beings or forces. Eccentric means to be different from some arbitrary definition of Normal. So I guess I am eccentric.

I agree. Even some Hollywood stars are called eccentric and some of them, infact, do weird things on purpose to be called eccentric.

I am nethier insane nor eccentric. I am just different from the rest :)

I met a seriously eccentric, seriously rich guy on Rhode Island - he owned a castle of some sort (I was drunk most of the time I was there so can't remember too much, but it was worth shedloads)

Anyway, he had food and dribble on his chest and kept laughing quite loud for no apparent reason - I guess he would be called eccentric.

If he was poor and living in a cardboard box then he'd be called insane, yes, you're right.

All according to whether you suddenly find yourself in front of a judge who is trying to determine your mental state or just happily wandering through life. It usually doesn't matter to the eccentric , so why worry ?

I think different people would decribe me with different words, for some I can be insane sometimes for others eccentric sometimes

My mum's pretty much what I'd describe as "eccentric" but she's not rich. In fact, I dun think mental states and wealth are linked!
