Mostly what I didn't do but should have.... Luckily, the things I did do but shouldn't have were not catastrophies, and did not result in damaging someone else's life greatly, so I can only learn from those mistakes.... But the missed opportunities, sometimes you never get them back!

I regret what I didn't do more than I regret anything I've done. Anything I've done that I regret I take as "You live you learn." But with the things I didn't do it's more of a "Now I'll never know" kind of thing.
My biggest regret is not going to college. So I'm going to change that this year by going to school. Once I do that, it will be a huge load off of my shoulders.
I feel you only get one chance to live your life, you need to do anything and everything you can at least once. (within reason obviously. Nothing malicious.......)

I regret more of what I didn't do but should have. But then if I had done those things I regret not doing, my life would not be as it is now.

I regret more the things that I have done but shouldn't have as opposed to the things I haven't done but should have. I mean if you think about it, it still may not be too late to do some of the things we didn't do.
