yes navy looks good with that color pink or a black. To be on the safe side and not comfortable wearing those colors wear a white shirt over a colored tank such as navy or black. I have a weird color pink pant and I tired every color and found that the navy or the black looked good layered with white. Good Luck, just don't wear a red top as that is a horrible look.
